These terms govern your use of SheetSentry ("we", "us"), operated by [OWNER LEGAL NAME, ADDRESS]. By creating a monitor or subscribing, you agree to them.
SheetSentry downloads the CSV of a Google Sheets tab that you have published to the web, on a schedule (about every 15 minutes), checks it against rules you set (new rows, required fields, a daily deadline), and emails you when a check fails and when it recovers. Access is read-only: we only fetch the CSV link you give us and never edit your sheet or access your Google account.
Only monitor sheets you are allowed to share, and only enter an email address you control. A sheet published to the web can be read by anyone who has its link; do not publish data you are not allowed to make public. Don't use the service to send unwanted email, to probe other systems, or in any way that breaks the law.
The free pilot allows up to 3 monitors per email. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (link on your manage page) or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we don't charge again. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded, but contact us if something went wrong and we'll be reasonable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' email notice.
SheetSentry is an early-stage service provided "as is". Checks can be delayed or missed (for example if Google, our hosting, or email delivery has problems), and alerts can be wrong. Don't rely on it as your only safeguard for critical processes.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You can delete your monitors at any time from the manage page. We may suspend monitors that abuse the service. If we shut SheetSentry down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and stop billing.
